We process deletion requests in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and our Privacy Policy. Some records may be retained where required by law, for fraud prevention, dispute handling, or security incident response.
Where full deletion is not immediately possible for legal reasons, we restrict processing and apply data minimization safeguards until deletion or anonymization is permissible.
Documents generated by the Renovation Estimator are not stored on PinoyLokal servers and therefore cannot be recovered as part of account support or deletion workflows.
